Our History...
We opened in 2017...
A couple of our regular touring park guests asked if there was anywhere they could leave their caravan between visits.
We hadn't considered conventional storage at the time, but as a favour, we let them use an old horse paddock. Before long they had told their friends and other guests and we grew to 14 caravans & 1 motorhome) in storage.
A new road 2019...
Our clay soil is perfect for most of the year as its rock hard and easy to drive on, unfortunately it was a bit muddy in the winter so we decided to build a new road to make movements easier.
This was well received by all our our guests and made it possible to improve our lighting and security.
To tie in with our environmental efforts and to improve security we used the soil wastage from the road to build a clay bund around the storage area.
Now all we have to concentrate on is keeping up with the grass cutting.
Improved Organisation
This year will see us create a separate area for motorhomes and also allocate a specific area for
each caravan. You will be given a pitch number and can always return to this pitch after trips away.
We are also introducing a regular monthly email update to keep guests up to date with the impact of Covid-19.
We will now record our monthly audits so that guests can view videos to spot their caravan to reassure them that all is Ok
